New awesome way to eat Cottage Cheese

Love it with fat free poppyseed dressing and almonds mixed in

My bed-time meal:

1 scoop cottage cheese
2 scoops casein
Splenda to taste

Mix it with water and it creates a nice sludge that just oozes its way through all night long.

Add cinnamon...cocoa...powdered peanut butter...whatever to flavor. It has to be casein though or it doesn't work.

Everyone has his own choice and taste.what i liked doing is putting cottage cheese, water, dash of cinnamon and sugar/fat free vanilla pudding powder together and blending it up. tastes like liquid pancakes

CC and Peanut butter is good and CC with ketc hup, I know it sound nasty but it is good! Always right before bed. use natural PB and sugar free ketchup.

Some of you guys maybe eating it like this already but just started and its awesome. Its so simple: 1 part cottage cheese, 1 part Chunky Style Salsa, plus any seasoning or hot sauce you like.

I have to say I thought it might be gross at first but its really good.
