New Blood test for my TRT program: Suggestions?

Currently on TRT program:

100mg Test Enenthate Weekly (just switched to 100mg Test Cypionate).
1/2cc Injection same day of the week (never miss). Watson Test

My most recent blood test (week 9):
Test Total: 655
Estradiol Sensitive: 21 mg/ml


Past blood test (at week 6 of restarting TRT @ same dose and schedule)
Test Total: 725
Estradiol 69.4 (I did not do the sensitive test this time. Didnt know about it)



1. Why would there be such a difference in Test Total? Is this fluctionation range normal?

2. From what I read my estradiol level seems not too bad. Why do I still have puffy nipples? I do have a little past gyno. at 21 mg/ml should I have any estrogen like symptoms? I am having a littler bit of depression.

My doctor said he is comfortabler bringing me up the 800's. How much should I increase my shot? .75ml instead of .5ml?

I’m assuming you are drawing blood right before your next pin. Those don’t look like large fluctuations in total T … 655 to 725. T levels can’t be predicted with mathematical certainty, there are lots of reasons levels fluctuate. These blood tests are just snapshots of one moment in time.

Looks like you did something to drop your E. The sensitive test comes back lower than the standard test as expected, but your current levels seem to be back in the normal range (they don't look like they would be causing a problem/symptoms). You should look at the reference ranges just to make sure. Assuming they are in the normal range, not sure what effect these levels would have on prior gyno.

Going from 0.5ml to 0.75ml does not sound unreasonable. You may overshoot 800 by a bit. When I’m adjusting my dose, I just make the change for a month and then run my own labs to check (PrivateMDlabs.com). This way I have the answer as to whether the dose is working out OK.
