theres always scrambled eggs with cheese, eggs on toast, my favorite is eggs chorizo and patatoes with baked tortillas top with hot sauce, oatmeal with rasins, cream of wheat with brown sugar, egg omlette with ground beef and veggies, ground beef patties, steak and eggs.
Vander, good call on the omlette. I am a big hunter so I still have some deer meat left over. I'll mix in some ground venison into my eggwhites with veggies and salsa. NICE!
breakfast burritos w/ eggs, potatoes, ground beef, cheese and tortilla are perfect....but i could eat oatmeal and egg whites everyday for the rest of my life.
3 egg whites
1 1/2 scoops of whey
1/2 cup oats
cinnamon
splenda
mix together and pour onto frying pan with cooking spray. add more or less egg whites depending on how thick you want them to be. sugar free syrup is good on these
I used to shake some low fat milk with whey powder and then pour it into a bowl of raw oatmeal. Tastes pretty good especially if the powder is chocolate flavored. I also down 6 whole eggs every morning. Half boiled and mixed with a dash of soy sauce and pepper.
rogue,, i agree with the pasta and eggs too. i do the same with my leftover pasta and ad a little fresh grated parmesean cheese to it., with some grilled chix..
i have GI problems so breakfast, especially some of these big protein ones, is hard for me... i end up eating something real light, such as a whole wheat bagel with PB.
