Some random shots...No pump going just testin out the new camera...I think i look in a lot better condition than what the pics show, they seem to make me look to light and bright..

Thanks man....ya Last year i competed at 147 and this year ill be on stage at probably 168 and even leaner, so that at least 20 lbs of lean muscle gained in a year....

I have been workin out up at your gym.... what time do you workout over there???

You look right on target man - keep it up! :D

But - you should be shaving those "pits" by now. You don't want to develop ingrowns there at the last minute.

Hutch....Im usually at the Gilbert Golds in the EARLY a.m. Sometimes I wonder how I make to the gym that early. I usually train up north a couple times a month. Usually around 2-5pm is when I train up there. One of these days we need to all train together.
 
HUTCH everything is looking good , only thing that looked a little off was your backdouble bi , your left arm is to high so your losing the lat width, bring that arm down justa tad.

Your on target bro just keep it going.

I have about the most basic quad routine possible...

Offseason...Squats, Leg Press, Leg Ext.
3 heavy sets of 4-8 reps depending on how heavy i go...

Precontest...Squats or hacks, leg press or lunges, Extensions...
reps go all over the place, usaully do 1st exercise heavy then the last 2 with drop sets...

Nothin special about my routine except that i keep the weight HEAVY...That is the key to leg training i think.....I ran track in High school and college so that probably has a lot to do with my seperation...

I would not laugh at that pic or a guy that looked like that. I hope you guys would not either. That is not what we are in this sport for, to laugh at guys that we think are skinny. Do not place too high a pricetag on getting HUGE because it all goes away someday. Being average is OK. BBing is a short lived sport. The minute we think that HUGE GUYS are the norm, we set ourselves up for a depressing destructive life after we start to "normalize" our bodies later on in life. We need to identify ourselves with something other than the "huge guy" or else we will have a hard time adapting to life.

like hoe ur calves get thick in the middle between the 2 muscles. mine cuts down and runs up to my knee. i dont know if one is better, but urs look squared off, more like a diamond cut. is that just genitics? i think its weird how muscles can be shaped so differently on people.

Definetly genetics...My calves have been squared off like that since i was in junior high....10 years of cross country and track really helped to chisel out seperation in my legs, glutes and calves.....
