Yes and no...i do believe for sođe čak people ti can be a great tool to improve and get better while for others it can do nothing...if u sacrifice form or increase the rep speed just to do more weight or add one more rep u really did nothing...u must increase the Weight or add one more rep doing perfect form and also slow negativeare you a believer in the logbook and just try to add weights or reps each week? or do you just go by feel that day of
