Going on a quick cycle of 50mg dbol with 1000 mg test e for 6 weeks. Using one of the compound training provided here. 4 days week full body a monday thur and b tues fri. I have some arimidex and was wondering about if i should use a small amount but havent yet cause my hdl is low in the 30s. My total is only 185 though. Will some nolv help or hurt my situation? Also i want to add some b-12 at what amount should i be using the inject?
 
C'mon man... Youve got to get a better lifting routine then that. Why would you even cycle doing that? Just a waste... And especially at 1000mg a week!
 
if ur using synth b complex then do the rec dose on the btl

as for the nolva, its said that itll lower ur chol levels but i honestly have yet to see it in real life, hopefully someone can confirm this.
id run the nolv tho with those doses.
what abt pct? that amount of time at those doses will shut ya down

for the last year ive thrashed my body with 3 different ruitines. one using one body part per day, another using a bunch of superseries and drop sets lifting 6 days a week body done twice a week, and another high vlume cuttinr routine under the supervision of the 2001 sao paulo middle wieght champion (my roomate). I got to about 205. Im at 200 now. I got this routine from this board the ultimate hypertrophy routine. I gave it a go cause its different than any thing ive done so far and it was surprisingly harder than it looks on paper. I dont think ive ever sweat so much and the poundages have gone up already. Im going to see what happens over the next 6 weeks. Theres always time for more routines and cycles.

im on trt so i never go with pct anymore. Im going to start nolva @ 10 mg a day and see what that does, My arms have grown about 3/4 inch (water)
 
I agree with your workout routine being good, but only for a woman, no offense.... And if you dont sweat like crazy in the gym anyway, you either arent working nearly hard enough or arent taking in enough water.... I pour sweat every time I got to the gym and Im around 10% body fat maybe 10.5% and thats year around.. As for you saying there is plenty of time later for more routines and cycles. LOL. WOW... Thats almost abuse of the juice man.. Thats pretty much saying that you are just doing it to do it.... And you def dont need that high of mg... Unless you are 260-310lbs you def dont need to be running that high.... This is how juice gets a bad name, cause people just dont care how they use it, and just do it to do it.

Jacked maybe you could be more specific and enlighten us with a routine that is not for chicks?
 
If this is for a woman than what is it doing on this board listed as ULTIMATE HYPERTROPHY? And by the way after doing this routine of compound movements im more tired and sweaty than ive ever been. The only way you can know is by experimenting. And im not giving steroids a bad name. I used 750 last time andi figured id try 1000 with a new routine. Whats the problem with that? Im 30 years old and there will be plenty of time for more experiments in the future thats all i was trying to get across.

man this landerlan test e leaves some welts! got some good test flu but i feel better as of today. Felt pretty sick the first week and not hungry but its back today. Funny cause the welts arent above the inject site. I injected shoulders and its near the middle of arm between biceps and triceps. Fucked up my leg too could do legs yest. Going to inject ass for the rest.
