I've decided to start a bulking cycle since i found out my last test was garbage and was bunk but i cant make up my mind

i have one vial of sustanon 10ml 300mg and would like to use this but i am not sure if i should stack anything....i was looking to stack with something to kickstart but i have read some many different options i cannot decide so i thought i'd ask help from the pros



i was thinking of running 300mg a week of sust but i feel thats not enough and should make it 600...i've also heard many different opinions that u need to inject more then twice a week with sust if that true is 3 alright?

i will be ordering more stuff tomorrow and would like some help guys

1st, are you sure that the test was bunk? if so, you just did bsaically your first cycle...whcih wasn't a cycle right? so this is your first cycle? Is my logic flawed? Treat it as if it is your first cycle and keep it simple.

2nd, if you are not sure how you are gonna respond to test, why are you going with 600mg off the start. Its a personal decision but i think you could probably go with less.

3rd, why complicate it by kickstarting it? It will kick in fast enough.

AND to piggy back off big chef....what workout are you doing, whats your nutrition etc.

well i been training for a couple of years now i'm 24 the reason i wanted to boost it up to 600mg is because with sust i was under the impression i would be doing at least 3-4 shots a week so i was planning on doing about 150 each shot ..my diet wasn't that good but lately i been basically in training mode i been basically living at the gym i try and eat about 400 grams of protien a day with 4500 calories also with shakes as meal replacements if i don't have time at work..i work out at least 4 days a week usually 5


my routine usually consist of

monday-Chest, Tris
Tuesday-Back Bis
Wendsday-Abs and a mixture of others
Thursday-Shoulders, Legs
Friday-trying to start cardio this was a rest day
saturday-off
sunday-off


i know the test was bunk because i was a little suspicious so 2 days after my last shot i got my blood work done and they said my test levels were actually a point lower but nothing to worry about....i contacted the sponsor and he confirmed he might have accidentally had bunk stuff....if you guys think i shouldn't stack i won't since yes it is my first cycle i just plan on doing sust for at least 12 weeks

in my opinion, you are going to be sore as a sob come the weekend. id do 3 days a week like in big a's schedule for beginners. allows for faster recovery and you will grow. now keep in mind this is only my opinion, and i am also new to this, but i know i would be hurt working out 5 days a week, not enough time for my body to recover.

on another note i only run test at 200mg a week. more then enough to have me grow nice and smooth so far.(running gh 3 i.u ed also) good luck on your first cycle, and hope everything works out this time. this is my first cycle and im enjoying it

this is just an opinion and i understand you feel 'jipped' but this IS YOUR FIRST cycle. If you absolutely must, go 500mg with the sust but i did my first cycle with 250mg sust EW and i put on a considerable amount of weight. this was many years ago and they were sustanon redi-jects(i miss when they were affordable), i ate appropriately and i trained correctly so mileage may vary. You can make gains off of that fine if everything else is on point. As for what railslave posted, i am in agreement. I work out 3 times a week and am making great progress.=-) But to each their own.

if your test levels were low 2 days after your last shot
do you think some of the gear was real and shut you down
earlier in the cycle?

if i were you i would do one shot mon monday and one on friday. Its up to you if you want to use 500mg but if not use around 400mg. The reason people say to shoot it alopt is because it has test prop in it. but its such a low zamount i really would just stick to the mon and fri schedule because of the other esters in it
 
I have run sust at 500mg-1000mg a week using eod shots and twice a wk shots and to be honest counld not see any benefit from shooting eod so i always shoot twice a wk now unless i'm using a lot of gear.
 
ive used omnas to cruise on. pinning 250mgs only once a week. i really couldnt tell a difference from cruising on 250mgs test e pinned biweekly.
