Hey Shelby, great article. I know its pretty basic but I used it as a referance as I began the carb cycle part of my contest diet. It worked great too, my body literaly started transforming instantly considering in my high carb days I was eating more carbs than I have in years. Keep up the work bro! And.... Thanks

It's one of my favorite ways of dieting. It's not the only method I use but it definitely works wonders for many, when done right.

thanks. I really liked that article, I was at the laundromat and had just got the mag and started reading. Very detailed, much appreciated. Most of the articles in those say "up your protein" and give no examples, I like the meal plan on the page.
