hello everyone, just wanted to say hey im new here and cant wait to learn a ton of new info, im 21 almost 22 and have been training for 3 years, 5'11" 205lb 10% bf. i am hoping to run my first cycle this fall, looking forward to any advice, cheers!

Thanks bro, ya i was debating about when to do it, im shooting for this fall wich will put me at 22yr ,like you said i would love to be around 210 8%. plus i dont know how i feel about my local sources so im still a few months away.
