New gyno not responding to Nolva

Starting to get a little tender around the nips and side of chest. Some areas now quite painful.

I’m running 300 Test/300 Mast E. I’ve ran way higher dosages before without spicy nips.

I’m taking 20mg per day of Tamoxifen for a couple weeks now and no improvement at all. It’s E2 related as Prolactin is in range.

What else can I try? I have raloxifene on hand too but not tried it

Through research I found that Nolva can help a lot in bringing down gyno to the point that it is no longer detectable / noticeable as long as your E2 is also under control (with adex or aromasin if on cycle). It will never totally reverse once there but you can shrink it down so it is no longer an issue to avoid surgery. However, it can flair back up quickly if ur E2 becomes elevated again and your no longer running the Nolva.

I personally think the best & healthiest course for gyno reduction is a combo of 20-40mg Nolva + appropriate AI dosage to keep E2 in normal range (if on cycle). If not on cycle then AI is prob not needed as your E2 should not be elevated.

I think it’s bunk mast. I’ve ran 600+ before with no issue

I used to get nipple sensitivity just using test, even with an ai. Ended up developing a pea sized lump from using tren. Had that lump for a couple years. It would shrink off tren but not go away and enlarge on tren. At one point, I came off all androgens and tried restarting my hpta using dr scally's(?) Method. Clomid, nolvadex, aromasin, and hcg. While I failed to restart my hpta or wasn't patient enough, the one thing it did do, killed my gyno. No more lump, no more sensitivity. Ive since ran tren and test without ancillary's since then and still have zero issues.

The key might be also crashing test so there is no estrogen conversion. Or maybe it was the clomid/nolvadex combo. I dunno.

Nolvadex UGL did NOT work for me months back on Test + MENT. It wasn’t preventing the growth so I dropped MENT ace and the gyno reversed. I still have a little gyno from earlier years from hormonal issues.

But Nolvadex should ABSOLUTELY work for Test/Mast.

Mast itself has anti estrogenic effects depending on the individual and Nolvadex is very good at what it does when Progesterone is not in the mix.

I’ve got raloxifene here. What sides should I expect? How will I feel?

anyway, if its soft and under dime size, i would not worry too much....are you lean enough where its visible?

I’m lean enough that it’s visible, yeah. It’s an inch up and to the left of the nipple. Day one of Raloxifene and the pain has gone…just hope it continues to improve
