I am 220 6'0 at 8% bf. I was 140 when I started lol

i train MMA and new to the world of BBing but i was curious bc im 6 foot and started at 160 and walk around at 200 now but fight at 185 range....ive only been goin for a close to a year harcore with correct diet/training but been liftin for a while

anyways jus saw u started at 140 and i didnt start much more then that so i like to hear bout guys like that bc its a good inspiration to me to hear stories and such! keeps my drive goin!

This board is very cool. I love the peptides and growth section. One thing about bbing is there is always more to learn. My key so far as been good diet and DOGCRAP training. I knew Dante for long time. He used to put out a newletter very cool stuff.

That would require you watch alot of H&G and the History channel...lol.

Seriously this place is the best. I've scouted quite a few boards over the years, but when it comes down to it, this is my home and the best place on the net for bodybuilding info.
