Figured id throw some pics up. This is from last summer. Im not on my computer right now, but maybe i'll post more pics later. Not the best resolution, but will see.

Nice Lean and well balanced look!! FYI.... do not post weight totals unless you post vids..as anyone can post #'s. No offense, but when you post 6 plates for dips.... that is 270lbs. plus your bodyweight! I do not know one person on here that can dip that... also the pull ups are unreal! Not trying to nit pick as your photo looks great.

Well, I guy on BB.com claims he can do 575 seated barbell press, he told me 405 for 8 reps, and I believe him. RIGHT! Anyway Bro, You got a real decent built!

yea..and good call. I'll have to get some video's, i'm like a cave man with that stuff.

But i certiantly cannot hit those weights while being lean..... lil tren never hurts

I started training mostly for strength. Started lifting when i was ten. My abs are probably my strongest piont, i havent trained them in 5 years.
Although they only make an appereance in july\augest when i lean out.
I filled out a bit, (i hope) since these were taken, but I need to add size in my upper chest, im planning to do lots of work this winter.
