There’s definitely some gaps with the interview. Interviewer wasn’t the best at asking the right questions, and janoshik (while incredibly smart) kind of talked about advanced topics like common knowledge that everyone knows, then the interviewer had to probe further on what he actually meant.

The idea that shaking Gh would degrade it is the stupidest shit I ever heard. Or dribble the water down the vial and don`t shoot it directly onto the puck.

I remember reading on this forum somewhere a while back that a vial of hgh was run though a washing machine or something like that before it was tested and it was every bit as good as any other vial of hgh. I shake it when I mix it now too. I wonder where the fragile HGH myth started.

Side note, @janoshik is a freaking legend. His service to the community should be taught in schools around the world. Hang a framed picture of him up in the Louvre.

Very interesting interview. Worth listening to every single word.

Sounds like peptides can be stored for many years unmixed even at room temperature. And still pretty long reconstituted in the fridge.

Biggest surprise is that sterile water and saline water are every bit as good to use as bacteriostatic water. That’ll ruffle some feathers.

The conceptualization wasn't formed by bro- science or pseudo-chemists. It was formed and collaborated by actual molecular biologists, genetic engineers and biochemists with pharmaceutical companies that describes reconstituting within the package insert. This would be how it spread across the early days of the internet.

To prepare the NUTROPIN solution, slowly inject the Bacteriostatic Water for Injection, USP into the NUTROPIN vial, aiming the stream of liquid against the glass wall of the vial. Then swirl the NUTROPIN vial with a gentle rotary motion until the contents are completely dissolved. Do not shake. Because NUTROPIN is a protein, shaking can result in a cloudy solution. After reconstitution, the NUTROPIN solution should be clear, ie. it should not have any solid particles floating on the surface. If you notice lumps or solid particles of powder, continue to gently swirl the solution until all of the powder has dissolved. If the solution does not become clear, do not inject it. Note also that occasionally, after refrigeration, small colourless particles of protein may be present in the NUTROPIN solution. This is not unusual for solutions containingproteins. Allow the vial to come to room temperature and gently swirl until the solution is clear.
If the solution remains cloudy or hazy, do not inject it.

Oh I get it. I`ve read those inserts. You know enough chemistry as should any biochemist, to know that HGH, 191 amino chain is not that fragile. Who knew, not everything big pharma publishes is accurate

Every chinese company I corresponded with swore by dribbling the bac water down the side and not over the wafer. Also, to role the vial to help reconstitute and not shake the vial.

I don’t think he talks about that, but I’ve kept bac water for up to a year in a cool dry place over and over again. I have no reason to think anything bad came out of me doing that.

I just started utilizing GH again after a year or so layoff. Welp, I still just aim the stream at the side wall nice and slow. Guess I’m just a creature of habit now. I dunno if it matters or not, but I’ll error on the side of caution and continue my old school ways.

Just gotta get my RHR back down.. Was 66 and now I’m at 81-85. Seems like 2.5mg Nebivolol isn’t cutting it so I’ll try 5-10mg Ivabradine and maybe some low dose 12.5mg HCTZ or 12.5mg Aldactone.

I'm a creature of habit; I still dribble the bac water into the vial. But I never bought into the degradation of growth or any other peptide for that matter. I've properly stored pre-reconstituted growth for a very long time and used it with no problems, and it worked just fine. I have a room in my house that stays between 50-55 degrees year-round. Plus, I live in a relative arid environment. So, all my gear gets stored in a dark cool dry space where the temp is stable year-round. I feel one important factor is that gear of any kind is stored in a place that has a pretty stable temp, and the temps aren't constantly fluctuating.
