Noway in hell that was anywhere close to 1000 lbs, but it is still impressive. Looks like maybe 225 on the deadlift bar and 315 or so on the squat. Those look like olympic bumper plates so they dont weigh as much as they look. Anyone use that type of plate that could maybe give us an estimate? Im curious.
