I wanted to introduce myself as im on other numerous top notch forums.
I apologize if this intro is in the wrong section as I use Tapatalk and didnt see an Intro section.

Im 45yrs old 6ft 230 and have been lifting for 20+ years.
I have many sources so wont ask that but will read alot on here to get pointers on my goals.

Yea ive done quite a bit of homework and running a SMART cycle at 43yrs old.
I do enjoy reading what everyone is doing for their goals.
I hope to keep my brain on OVERDRIVE while cruising this site.
