i've posted here before been a few years...posted at "thebrute"...things have changed...now pursuing bodybuilding but still love powerlifting. have put up a 1970 raw total...501 raw bench and 771 raw dead. been having ups and downs but now on a positive path...i'm 5-11(not 6-0 as i thought) and currently 280. the goal is to two things...turn pro...and do a 2400 raw total. good to be back. started a blog so i'm writing again about my thoughts and my ways of training. i completely train old school...have been for 3 years now. love it!
