Good morning everyone,
I am a new member here and wanted to introduce myself. I am relatively new in this sport and I am currently training for my first show. I plan on doing a physique competition this upcoming November.
I was training and dieting for a show this past June, however my weight loss started stalling out and I did not feel like my path was a healthy one. Once I got close I knew I wasn't at the point I needed to be in order to be competitive so I changed my show date to have the best and healthiest possible outcome.
I have been slowly implementing the calories back in my diet and have out about 15 lbs back in since my lowest cut weight. My body has almost reached homeostasis and I plan to start cutting the fat back off in the next 4-5 weeks.
I am new to the thoughts of performance enhancers as well. I was recommended test e... Can you please tell me your thoughts or recommended products for a first time user. Or any other advice
I am 25 years old, 6'4 roughly 230 currently. My leanest I've been during cutting was 215.
