This message is probably specifically to the resident psychologist, but hi to everyone else. I'm a new member here though i've posted to other boards over the past few years. This is a non bodybuilding post per se, more of rrelatinship/emotion based topic. I have seen a couple of counselors and also a psy. I wont say his diagnosis, because I don't want to influence what you might say. The psy has me on Depakote, Seroqule and Paxil. My symptoms have ben anxiety, bouts of drpression, ouytbursts of anger, impulsiveness, road rage,, cutting my wrists or othe salf abuse, especially folowing break ups or romantic rejections. I recently deleted a girl phone number- from my phone list- wHICH HAD bEEN dissconnected. since that was my one last link to her- I have been depressed, feeling like I can' breathe, like I'm going to cease to exist without her. It;s damn near a panic reaction and I know this can't be right. HELP!

Contact your doctor and/or psychiatrist as soon as possible.

FOLLOW YOUR DOCTOR'S ADVICE

If you feel you can't wait until then, go to the nearest emergency room. Take your medications with you and let them know how long you've been taking them and your medical history.

In your post you mention that you've seen a COUPLE OF COUNSELORS AND A PSYCH. Now you are asking for more advice. The reason OUCHTHATHURTS advice is so appropriate is that you are NOT thinking straight. That desperate feeling that you have is not healthy. You've got to man up a little bit. Sort of like a heavy leg day, you've got to just strap it on and do those squats even though they are hard.

The advice you've gotten so far may be difficult to take, but take it. You've done difficult things in the past, right? So apply that toughness to this situation. Don't follow this woman, don't contact her, don't think about her. Imagine if you wanted no contact with someone and they wouldn't leave you alone. Hey, we've all felt like you do. It's what you choose to do with those feelings that counts.

What you need to do is stop shopping around for a diagnosis that YOU think is good. Don't be embarrassed about getting help. You definitely sound as if you are a danger to yourself and/or others. That's no way to live.

I'm not dangerous like a stalker, This is someone I love deeply, but she can't do a relationship as she has more issue than I which kept torpedoing it. Losing that "ideal" love feels like chopping off my right arm.
I'm NOT Dx hunting, if anything I've had to argue with my theapst to get her on the same page as my psy doc. who says BPD- both kinds.
sorry didnt mean to sound scary, was just hurting bad.
