Let me start by saying that I love your supplement selection :D

It looks like your posing lacks. It doesn't look like you're bringing out you lats in the rear spread. They look better to me in the rear double bi. I think that could have a big effect.

With that being said, it looks like you've got a good base to start off for some good growth. You're pretty lean and have good shoulders in the rear double bi and a nice peak on your bis in the same shot. You do need some more width and thickness on the back, though. Some mass in the chest department will help, too. I wasn't able to get too much out of the leg pic, sorry. Maybe someone else will...

Don't be afraid to eat, and eat a lot. With your metabolism, you won't have much of a problem with keeping the bodyfat low. Make them fear you at an all-you-can-eat.

How old are you? How many years have you been training? Looks good so far, bro. Good luck!

Your pecs seem lacking along with the lats. Your arms are your best asset bro. When was the last tiem you saw someone with a barndorr back and small arms? Hit the lats.

what the hell is that ball in your leg. I hope it is not from a injection. I know some people just have a shorter sweep, like Bob Chic. Are you using anything, if so it was too soon. Not because of your age but becaues of the level of development. Age has nothing to do with it. It is all about the level at which your body is developed.

you look lean bro. like md2b said, cram in the food and lift hard and heavy w/ good form. keep to the basics-bench, squats, deadlifts, military press, barbell rows! keep it up man
 
I see that I am going to have to give a clinic on "rear lat spreads" (arms and shoulders back). Seriously bro - great achievement for only a year. You have a lot to work with. Keep eating big and clean. The fullness will come.

Thank you for all of the good replies. I agree with you guys 100%. I just started working really hard on my lats and chest which I think are my worst parts. I definitely need to bulk up also. Thanks for all the comments.

also someone was asking if Ive taken anything. To date ive only done one deca/test e. cycle. I believe it helped out alot because I was like 155 before and like 170 after and have kept most of it.
 
Dude holy shit you trained for a year and did juice? Man you aint even started growing after a year of trainin. you nee good 5 years of hardcore to touch that stuff.

I actually have trained for about 4 or five years, but I say I have only been bodybuilding for a year because I started seriously about a year ago and have been lifting hardcore ever since.

100% agree w/ jethro. i wouldn't do another cycle until everything else is in order such as diet, training...! i especially like what he said about give yourself time, it takes years to pack on good solid muscle (as you probably know) so be patient and consistent and it will come. great start though, keep with it!:)
