I built an indoor home gym since Covid, so I have not been to a gym(besides when traveling) since last March .
Athlete since birth, lifting serious 10 years
Cycling 8 years. Tren Hex Lover
Goal- progress by gains and keep improving

Cialis 5mg daily
Platinum Angtropin
GH 6iu split dose post workout/bedtime daily
T4- 37.5mcg
ZHPC/Balkan/Alpha Proviron -25mg 2x daily
Euro Pharm A-50 IM 25mg pwo
Long acting Slin Supp Custom AM
Adex and Nolvadex liquid Asin as needed.
Pfizer Caber as needed .5mg twice
All shots are 3x weekly :
EP Parabolan 300mg
EP Test Iso - 300mg
Platinum Primo E 400mg
Platinum Durabolin/Testoviron 250 1ml each (joints/base)
Daily supplements: 2g :185x circumin w Bioperine, [New World Nutritionals : LIVER SCRUB GALLBLADDER RINSE 15g per serving ~ 3g of MIC(3g each component methionine-inositol-choline, 3g Betaine anhydrous{tmg}, 300mg Tudca], 1 tbsp Knox getatin, 3g MSM, 800mg SAMe, 100mg r-ala, Niacin, 3g hemp/mix oil, black seed oil gels, slin supp{custom}, 200mg P5P, Ashwagahnda extract, BetaTor

All exercise are 2 warm up sets , 3 working seats 6-8 reps (slow reps towards end, lack of plates)
Cardio- 25min 5.0mph treadmill
All working sets on below exercises*
Squats- 305, 305, 305, 305, 305 (all working)
Incline Bench Press- 305, 305, 305, 305,305
Olympic Deadlifts 305, 305, 305, 305, 305+10 extra
Under hand grip Barbell Rows - 225,255,255
Seated OH Presses - 205, 205, 225, 225
