I've got alot of bro's over there and have leared alot in a very short time. I'm very excited to see wylde and mike_s. you guys are very lucky to have them abourd. Big-A I've heard alot about you bro. everyone say's your a huge wealth of knowledge and a real stand up guy. Shawn here. I'm usually on UG or 'gade boards. I read alot, and sometimes post if the subject is worth it.

Looks like a very professional and well organized board here. I like that. Keep the bullcrap out. I've always liked the science behind building muscle anyhow.

I also enjoy the many faces from overseas. Always helps when i have no clue about some Euro gear or etc etc.

Looking forward to having some fun here and watching it grow.
