hello all . this is my first time posting here been looking over the board for a while now . and i have to say there are alot of knowledgeable people here and no BS either. My question has to do with Phil hernon's training. I cant find the thread that talked about it. and also i would like to know if anyone is using it? thanks
 
Yep

It's sort of dorian style training and I love it. Workouts are short, intense, no messin around workouts. I probably train more often than most and I still am benefitting from this style of training.
 
thanks for the reply could you give an example of workouts . also how many times a week is muscle group trained. 2 or 3?
 
just do a search with no keywords but search for posts by Lats, and it should be "a little stroy for ya 2" or something like it

i like this style of training very much
