My name is Chris, I am 22 year old college student. I have normally been healthy and active all of my life. I took up weight lifting my senior year of high school. I started to grow a lot the first two years. Ended up reaching around 180 with 10 to 15% body fat depending on the time of year. Since the end of August 2012, I was suffering from horrible diarrhea, bloody stools, and weight loss. At one moment, it was a struggle to hold my bowels. It was getting scarier and scarier by the day. I would have saw a specialist sooner, but I had no insurance. Finally, my insurance kicked in January and I got a upper and lower scope on my GI track. At first my doctor though I only had colitis, but then when tests came back... I found out I have Crohn's dieases. I started medication such as Prednison and Asacol. I told my doctor to lower the dosages a significant amount. I sent a message to Emeric Delczeg about my problems and any suggestions about food choices or supplement that would aid my recovery and avoid being on medication. He suggest wheat germ extract and sent me many articles about it. I capped 500mg of wheat germ extract and took two a day. By the end of the week, I was having normal bowels. I haven't seen normal, formed, non painful bowels in over 5 to 6 months. I was about to go on a car ride without having to stop and find the closest bathroom. There could be a positive correlation between my Crohn's flare up and taking wheat germ extract.

“As a child I was diagnosed with Irritable Bowel Syndrome. Besides the stomach pain and constant trips to the bathroom, I always just felt horrible after eating. Emeric, would you recommend this product for someone with Diverticulosis with occasional flare ups (Diverticulitis)? I'm currently experiencing a flare and GI docs got me on Cipro and Flagyl for 10 days. Also, are probiotics a good thing to be taking alongside antibiotics or should I wait untill my course of antibiotics are complete?

Yes. For probiotics eat fermented Sauerkraut. The MMMB 750 contains natural Cationic peptide also, probably you would be OK with out taking synthetic antibiotics.
