AZN and Tenny ill have to get someone to take real posing pics and i know the legs need ALOT of work. plans are to get a total package put together and add alot more mass and compete a year from now. i keep watching those vids from that freak dusty and im dying to get back in for another blast. main goal is 250 by next year with a set of wheels.
I agree with Shelby, you have a lot of good size, hell I'm only 194 +/- at 5'10". It's just a matter of reconfiguring that weight a little and keeping at it. Very good foundation.

you look good but you know that two things that separate great bodybuilders and good bodybuilders: the back and legs. We need a rear double bi, rear lat, and a front most muscular shot to truly give you fair advice.
