new pm member!

Hello everybody my girl and I just signed up been reading alot .
I'm looking forward to being a contributing memeber my stats are
30 yrs old
6ft
210 fat fatter then I've ever been I haven't worked out in two years I started back two weeks ago .muscle memory has been pretty good to me I was never a monster but I was 220 around 12 percent bf with nice abs and very vascular any way enough of my has been days
I will be starting a log soon to keep up with my progress

I've have done serval cycles and looking forward to the future

Me as well I really appreciate the motivation God knows I need it it's hard to be out of the gym and then get back into it it's almost like I'm scared of the gym lol but things are going pretty good I've had a leg day chest day and a shoulder. Day so far
