I know this isn't a lot especially for the monsters around here but I'm just a little guy and it was a PR for me yesterday. At the gym we have a powerrack that can be set up to do Rack deads out of where you are starting about 3 inches from the ground. I'm built lanky and this helps me as I'm not as flexible as I should be. I do regular deads also but mostly for reps not as heavy.
I did the following sets for rack deads as described above:
135 * 14
225 * 12
315 * 8
365 * 6
405 * 5 PR!!!!!!
I've only done 405 as a DL 1 time and for sets of 2 as a rack dead, this was my new personal best and I felt great about it. Also, not hooks or straps used just a pair of gloves. My lower back and hams are fried today!!
