Hey guys just wanted to share a couple post workout posing pics. Very happy with where I'm at in my "improvement season ". Another month of trying to get better before I start prep for the 2016 season. Looks like will either be Bodypower in England or the Cali pro for my first show of the season.

If I was going to nit pick your physique it would be hams and calves. Not saying they aren't damn impressive as they are, but to beat the best guys in the world u gotta have the best body parts in the world. No weaknesses. You know this already and are focusing on these areas. You look great overall.
How have you been focusing on your hams and calves? Adding volume or frequency or intensity?
