I am curious, what are you doing now for your calves? What training regime? Calves can be pesky for many folks.

Just hittin them more frequent. Like Ed or eod. Using diff machines each time also

If I was going to nit pick your physique it would be hams and calves. Not saying they aren't damn impressive as they are, but to beat the best guys in the world u gotta have the best body parts in the world. No weaknesses. You know this already and are focusing on these areas. You look great overall.



How have you been focusing on your hams and calves? Adding volume or frequency or intensity?

Volume and frequency. I always start with hams 2 exercises when I train legs and than finish with them again. Intensity is always on!there is not off. [emoji6]

Which exercises gave you the best arm growth?

I think a lot of hammer curls. Really gives the bicep some length to it. Fills out the lower part and also hits the forearms too so good bang for the buck so to speak. I Dnt like straight bb curls though too much stress on wrists for me. Concentration curls I like a lot too.

I think if more guys would do this they would get a lot more growth. When I went to EOD mine really took off. I took the advice of Lou Ferrigno, read an article in muscle and fitness a long time ago, and just trained one exercise each session. Like you, he never did the same exercise two training sessions in a row. It works.
