In the past I have used t3 + clen to get in my best shape. ( of course diet and cardio also)
This time I had a hard time with t3 and don't have clen on hand. I started out at low dose like always - 12.5 mcg and just felt uncomfortable. high heart rate, workouts not as good. Lactic acid burn setting in much sooner on every set. I decided to stop it.
Has anyone else experienced it??
What should I do? I want to lose fat at a slightly faster rate than diet and cardio can allow so I don't have to stay on test cyp too llong.
