Hello everyone came in here in search of the rite guidance to make my dream of getting on stage a reality iv had horrible luck with finding the method that works rite for me or maybe it's jus bad gear hell idk haha but I been killing it in the gym and eating 6 plus meals a day depending on how the work day goes not really being to strict on what I eat because honestly I need to put on alot of size I'm currently 5ft6 weigh weighed 186 2 weeks ago out of nowhere I'm currently at 175 which I don't understand my guess is bad gear or not enough thanks in advance for all the help guys
 
well glad you registered just give some more info. how old are you, how long you been training, you said you weren't real strict on diet because you wish to attain more size so give us a sample of those 6 plus meals a day. what kind of training schedule are you on, do you train at home, in a gym, lift alone or have motivating buddies to spot you? have you found yourself getting more fatigued with that recent loss of weight, what gear were you using and for how long?
