Pics few yrs back at various times while I was prepping for my first show which was the excalibur in cali very good show, in which I opted not to do bc I was going to win and at 3 weeks out (red and blue trucks) my legs where not in shape at all!! I was told to do the show for experience but I want to place good and not spend all the travel fee's just for experience.

Took time off and linked up with Hany Rambod he wanted me to do offseason, so we did 3month offseason and after I was ready to prep! He would not prep me bc he thought I would lose to much leg size while dieting so he wanted me to do another 3month offseason. I didnt want to spend another 1500$ on another 3 months of offseason when i was ready to use money to begin prep for a show which was going be to NQ. So i went off on my own.

I posted in other forums and was told to post here..anyways over there ridge11 asked if I would post the offseason diet so here it is..granted it was for me at my body weight and this change throughout the 3 months..I was in contact with Hany for 3 months during offseason every two weeks thru phone

7:30 a.m. Meal 1:
3/4 cup oatmeal measured dry
Protein – 8 egg whites + 4 oz Cooked Chicken + 1 yolk
10:00 a.m. Meal 2:
1 cup rice + 8 oz. chicken with any kind of condiment (ketchup, teriyaki, bbq, etc)
*Take 2 scoops of EVP 30 minutes before you train *Take 1 scoop mid-way through workout before the FST-7 exercise
Drink 1 liters of water during training
*Post-workout 2 scoop cell KEM with 25 grams Glycoject
1:30 p.m. Meal 3:
2 cups egg whites+ 8oz red potato
3:00 p.m. Meal 4:
8oz. cooked steak or lean ground beef (94% or leaner) + 8 oz. yam
5:00 p.m. Meal 5:
8 oz. of chicken + 1/2 cup brown rice and iceberg salad
7:00 p.m. Meal 6:
8 oz turkey, extra lean + steamed veggies or salad with dressing
9:00 p.m. Meal 7:
Shake: 70 g whey plus 1 tbsp all natural peanut butter

Hhaha phones calls n emails, but ya he wont prep his guys unless they gna go into the show in kill it. but I wasnt doing no major show haha whatever
