I have decided to take the next step and try growth.
Currently stats 6'2" 265lbs 14% BF, Competitive Power Lifter.
Goals
MASS
I would like to fill out the 275 weight class or ideally move up to 308's.
Keep BF below 15%
Ok I have 1200 iu's of growth, I will aslo be running slin. I will keep my AAS cycle similar to what I currently do. Which is approx. 1000mg a week of test e or c and 250mg of tren e.
My basic plan is:
Training days take 10 iu's of insulin 1 hour pre-workout.
Followed by 5 iu's growth post training. (working up to 5 iu's, once i see how i react)
My main questions are:
Should I be running Growth only on training days?
My experience with slin is all post workout, will pre workout be a problem with power lifting training? (besides the obvious, keeping plenty of carbs available.)
Should I consider running slin everyday?
