I have decided to take the next step and try growth.
Currently stats 6'2" 265lbs 14% BF, Competitive Power Lifter.
Goals
MASS
I would like to fill out the 275 weight class or ideally move up to 308's.
Keep BF below 15%

Ok I have 1200 iu's of growth, I will aslo be running slin. I will keep my AAS cycle similar to what I currently do. Which is approx. 1000mg a week of test e or c and 250mg of tren e.

My basic plan is:

Training days take 10 iu's of insulin 1 hour pre-workout.
Followed by 5 iu's growth post training. (working up to 5 iu's, once i see how i react)

My main questions are:
Should I be running Growth only on training days?
My experience with slin is all post workout, will pre workout be a problem with power lifting training? (besides the obvious, keeping plenty of carbs available.)
Should I consider running slin everyday?
 
my issue with ur scenario is slin shuttles nutrients back into depleted glycogen stores in the muscles and gh lowers slin somewhat.I would keep doing the slin pwo and do the gh in am and 1 hour after pwo meal.SO if u drink a pwo shake with protein/carbs and then eat 1 hour later take ur growth 1 hour after that meal.That's MPO.

WELL, if the slin hits while you're working out, then you could be filling your glycogen stores WHILE you're depleting them. Wouldn't that be superior to using slin just post-workout?

Yeah i guess in theory it sounds good but if i were to do it, it makes more sence to drink something high in dextrose like gatorade during the workout.The fact is is that he is more of a powerlifter so training is high intensity with low reps so it would make more sense to have a title wave of nutrients flow through the body pwo rather than have the slin pre wo but either way its beneficial i personally think u get more bang for ur buck pwo with ur pwo meal.I've trained diabetics and as long as there levels r good in the beginning of the workout were good to train but after it always drops so i figure its the same with people who use it as a supplement pwo its to spike insulin levels to blunt cortisol levels throughout the body and get the anabolic response to recover from the stress of the workout.
