Training split 3x per week
- chest
- squat/quads
- deadlift/back
Occasional bicep/triceps specific day in there
Try to toss in HIIT as often as possible
Negatives:
- about 23-26% bf
- average work week is 5-7 days at 9-16 hrs a day, half at a desk half heavy labor
- 5-10 days per month overnight travel
- shitty biceps and endomorph body
Current cycle
- 25mg prop daily
- .625 mg letro eod (childhood gyno never goes away but blows up easily)
Last cycle
- 75mg tren a ed
- 50 prop ed
- .625 mg letro ed
Lost about 15 lb over 32 day cycle right after getting fat over the holidays.
