dude, if ya ask me, this is the best board I have found, a ton of guys here with yrs of knowledge, (i was gonna name a few, but there's just to many and wouldnt want to leave out anyone) also some great pro's here too..... Big bastards they are and nice too, and they give out a ton of info.

Yup this is the BEST place to learn and some great bros here. I too am an older bber and I just don't have much time to spend trying to catch up on the latest. So I drop in here once or twice a week for a look. I love this board.

We has Pro Body Builders with the cards to prove it. We has Nutrion experts. Training experts. Wyldeman know everything about nutrition and training. I think he train Ronnie Coleman. Maybe not Ron but a bunch of others.We has Chemical Enhancement experts in case you be in to that sort of thing.... that be just about everybody on the board.
