New to the forum but not the gym

Hello all,

My name is Flex and I've heard great things about this site so I would love to become a part of the community. I'm 36 year old gym co owner/ manager and CPT. I've been lifting seriously since i was 15 years old. I used to power lift but due to a neck injury from an auto accident I've had to adjust some. I'm looking to start competing in bodybuilding soon. I'm 5' 10'' weighing 265 with 12% body fat.
