Anyway, 63 years young , 5'6" 177 lbs , 23 % BF. Currently in a cut stage , goal 12% BF.
Work with a great coach , shes also a BB and is getting her procard soon.
Been training my whole life on and off. Goin hard the last 3 years , 5 days on 2x BP 2x week 125 min cardio.
