After a few years absent from the gym decided to start lifting again on january,
muscle memory and genetics helped a lot and in a few months I was in really good shape again, and them balm, the accident occurred, while helping a friend to load a bowflex on a pick up, I tear my distal bicep tendon. I had surgery to replace and now I am recovering. Its been a month since surgery. I was suggested to add HGH and Deca to help in the healing process.
Any advice from experienced members will be welcome.
