New Training Partner

46 years old, life time natural. Just started competing this year, did 4 shows and won the overall Master's at all of them. He was an open LHW at the show I did too, and placed just behind me.

Excellent upper body but legs need to match... he came up to me last week and said "we gotta start training legs together "

If he'll let me help him with nutrition too, I think I can make him a very solid heavyweight for 2010.

So today he tells me he used to play in the NFL, for the San Diego Chargers.

I looked it up, he wasn't kidding.

And he said he deadlifted 750 back in 2001, at around 215 pounds.
