Ok guys - I'm finishing up my cut and will be slowly adding back in calories and putting on size. Looking for a new program to follow.

Between FST 7, blood and guts, GVT, Y3T, etc....what is everyone's suggestion for optimal size gains?
 
My time tested routine that I always fall back on ...

Back
Chest
Legs
Bic/Tri
Shoulders
Rest
Rest

I basically pick 3-4 solid exercises and do 3-4 progressively heavier sets like 15 reps, 10 reps, 5 heavy ass reps.

I do abs and calves every day or a few sets.

Hard to argue with the success guys have been having with Fortitude Training.

Same could be said for Mountain Dog training and good old DC training.

I personally have been enjoying and having success with programs Josh Bryant has put together. I love his powerbuilding approach.

euphoria, not good for your CNS.....back in Y2K i tried CMT
gave me IBS with a little RLS

Both are powerlifting programs that can be adapted to bodybuilding.

That's what I have always done man...and you're right. I just like the idea of structure and something tried and true.

I did Blood and Guts training for shoulders and calves tonight...fucking awesome. I think I'm going to do a variation of that for a while...just add in a few more exercises to up the total number of reps.
