Going to start a log so you guys can get some real world results on different approaches
Will be eating 2000-2500calories
No cardio only training 5-7days week no split but I will post from best of my memory my workouts.
2 days a week I will have 7-800 more calories or every week I'll have one day where I eat 14-1600 more calories - will play that by year.
My diet will be anything as long as calories are met but of course food I enjoy.
Hope ppl tag along will be logging workouts and food regulars as well as am weight.
