With the weather starting to warm up my appitite is gonna drop off and I was thinking about trying to supplement a couple meals with LBA's
Question I have is if I mix say 2 table spoons into to a liter of water (which i drink about 6 of a day) how much protine intake would that make up for?
Basicaly how much protine from food can be made up with a spoon full of LBA's
I tried to search through a sea of old post but nothing gave me the answer I was looking for
