phil hasn't went into freak mode yet, wait till the olympia, not saying he will or won't beat kai, but in that video phil is not into freak mode yet!

I'm just guessing but I'd say Phil probably recently came off his "resensitizing" period and is just starting to grow into the olympia. Kia on the other hand has really no where to go from here except to try and make small improvements. I think this is exactly what bboy is saying...

Phil Heath will never be Mr. Olympia. Take away his arms and he wouldn't even crack the top 10. The dude hasn't put his work in at all, just watch how we trains and how fast he progressed(all drugs!)..REAL TALK..

Kai, on the other hand, is definitely a contender this year for the title, so long as he can maintain these proportions. If his belly gets any bigger, he may have some issues with judging..

This was in rochester NY, I saw this guest posing in person. Kai really impressed me he looked as if he had turkeys on the backs of his legs as hamstrings. He is thick all over and his conditioning was better than phil's (he did just compete though). They both looked good but phil was not very vascular at all (soft maybe from slin?) but from what i saw kai could be a serious threat at the olympia.

dont compare them there AT ALL. on stage is only time to compare them and i bet on that day judges will take phils look over kais. but it will be close cuz holy crap Kai has packed on alot of muscle.

C'mon man, this is not a matter of glycogen and water, this is a huge disparity in MUSCLE MASS! Kai is much more MUSCULAR than Phil, bottom line.

Why are people impressed with phil? Is it that scary face he makes when he poses? Maybe because he's a nice guy? It's definitely not because of his back or shoulders, or legs..but he has nice ARMS!

i will admit i am NOT a Kai fan so i am try8ing to be unbiased and just say that its not only about glycogen and water its also linees and flow and symmettry. i think Phil always brings in a VERY dialed in satuesque physique. it does lack some body parts but flows and is crisp. kai is a beast tho and kinda hit or miss up on stage so we will see. will be a great show!
