You mind elaborating a bit? I enjoy hearing success stories from people who aren't bullshitters behind a keyboard. And I can tell you don't fall within that category.

I'd be interested in knowing what you do in real estate. And apparently NY Muscle has done some cool stuff in real estate too, so I certainly wouldn't complain if he chimed in too.

And, back on topic, my resolution is to stop doing drugs. The doctor prescribed ones (ssri and amphetamine). Tired of being reliant on such things, and I don't like the person they have made me.

Sure I'm a residential real estate broker in NYC. I have a really good potential client I began working with and if I get him to buy a nice place, I would make a substantial commission and it would be a breakthrough in my career. I'd like to get that and then build off it. I also do rentals/leases and help all my friends find apartments to live in.

Thanks. I often wonder what the hell I'm going to do to get ahead. All roads keep leading back to real estate, it seems. I never was interested in being a realtor, but gotta start somewhere I suppose...

2016 was horrible. My girlfriend of 8 years cheated on me and I went kind of psycho.
Single now but enjoying myself as much as I can.
Focusing on myself and physique goals.
A blessing and a curse, I miss her but at the same time I've had plenty of sex with different chicks the last couple of months which no one would dislike lol.
Hoping to find love again in 2017 and hoping to get accepted in to police academy.

LOL not get fired that's a big one for me too. devoting too much of my life to the gym and not enough to work = bad news bears every time. PRIORITIES SON!!!

I have about $5000 in credit card debt that I want gone. Thats about $400/month that I have to come up with to solve that problem in a year.

Right now I'm 5'6" 215lbs, bench 4 plates, squat/dead 6 plates. I'd like to drop the 15lbs and still push and pull those weights. Thats about 1 pound per month to solve that problem in a year.

My goals are to compete and place in a Masters competition later this year(fitness wise).
I have 11 months of school left and I will have my bachelors in health and nutrition, also get my NASM certificate by summer.
Family wise.. keep spending time with my little girls and chauffeuring them to their various activities. It's really cool to finally be able to watch my kids grow up
Finally... keep my weapons and tactical skills up to par to prepare for when daughters are teenagers
