The twitter page is recommending a product associated with the picture. If you do a second Google picture search of the all in one picture on KJ's fake twitter, the source becomes clearer. The pictures trace back to Vanna Belt, who is a fitness blogger and entrepreneur.

IC that now on the website address, but if you look at the actual twitter account link it is the real one. I think whomever made that webpage has a link up at the top of the page that is malicious. I clicked on it and Kaspersky gave me a warning about it being unsafe. I didn't want to pursue it anymore.

Those pictures are obviously not those of this member. I also noticed how the member posted on the Official Ass thread. A bit weird for a girl to do, but perhaps not in today's world?

Yeah, Vanna Belt. You can see the distinct tattoo here in at least one photo if you look close.
