NewB. To juice or not to juice? Help please.

Great advice guys. I really appreciated it. I guess I was thinking of the easy fast way to get yolked. I'll do some research on diets, hopefully I can find some on here. The only thing I have to worry about is collecting unemployment, getting jacked and going to school hahaha.

Really curious as to how you found this forum, though, I would hope you take what some of these posters have said into STRONG consideration.. The choice is yours, but personally, I would not mess with something I knew nothing about until I fully understood what to expect

There is a forum for everything, I just searched the inter webs is all. I have taken into consideration the words that were kindly given, I wont cycle.

I have GMC amplified creatine 189, BCAA, L glutamine, ZMA, and Costco brand protein I'm stacking. Should I add or subtract something?
 
Subtract all but the protein.. Spend the money you get on good food, don't waste money on supplements.. Word of the wise, "eat clean, train hard"
 
No need to subtract anything. Creatine is a supplement that actually works and is backed by science. You can never go wrong with bcaas and extra glutamine. You don't really need zma though.
 
My body took well to GMC amplified creatine 189. My muscles got rock hard after that, also feel like it gave me more stamina.
 
I trained for four years naturally before taking any juice. I had read years ago in Greg Zulus column in muscle mag he had suggested training for three years or so before taking anything. That way you will have a good foundation to build off of.
 
You said your arms get cut from doing pushups...:banghead:

that means NO JUICE.
