Hey there guys just wanted to welcome myself. I have been lifting for the last 4 yrs consistently and always looking for great advice from vets. I currently have 6 cycles under my belt.

Stats:
Height: 5'7
Weight 192
BF: 9%

I am currently on OLM and ology as well and decided to look for another forum to share and look for advice to stay on top of my game. Looking forward to giving and getting advice from you guys
