First post here, looking for some advice, I’m finishing up 12 weeks of compounded Sermorelin 10mg. I’m going to take a break for about 4 weeks but wanted to take the next step. I keep reading about a ipamorelin and tesamorelin blend or ipamorelin with cjc-125 NO DAC blend.
On sermorelin I was able to lose about 15lbs whilst maintaining the slight muscle I have.

If my goal was to continue to attack the stubborn belly, love handles, would one or the other be helpful, or would all 3 be helpful?

If I make no sense, apologies, like I said, new to the game. Thanks in advance.
 
Welcome. You’re actually on the right track already.

Sermorelin is kind of the “entry level” option. If you lost 15 lb on it and held onto muscle, that tells me your diet and training are doing most of the work, which is good. Sermorelin just helped things along.

Ipamorelin with CJC-1295 no DAC is basically a cleaner, stronger version of what you already did. Better GH pulses, better recovery, usually better body comp overall. It’s not magic spot reduction, but most people lean out a bit more everywhere, including the midsection if everything else is in check.

Tesamorelin is different. That’s the one people go to when they’re specifically pissed off at belly fat. It actually has data behind reducing visceral fat. Don’t expect crazy muscle gain from it, but for stubborn waist fat it tends to outperform the others.

I wouldn’t run all three. No real upside, just more cost.

If you want an all-around upgrade from sermorelin, go ipa + CJC no DAC.
If your main goal is hammering the belly and love handles, tesamorelin makes more sense.
Either way, peptides won’t outwork calories, sleep, and consistency. But based on your results so far, you’re doing more right than wrong.

Agreed 100%. Invaluable info right here. Just wanted to add that you don't need to limit yourself to peptides. Have you considered GW 501516 or Slu-pp-332/915 for fat loss?

I have read pretty much the same information you posted but wanted to make sure making the change up to the IPA blend would be the best.

I know not all peptides should be administered the same so if I was doing Compounded Sermorelin at 10mg what would be a good equivalent or starting point for the IPA + CJC-1295 NO DAC?

Reta is completely different. It’s not a growth hormone secretagogue like all of the others you mentioned are. However, it is extremely effective at what it does. You *will* lose weight on it, though how much depends on diet/exercise and how much you take. The possible sides are more serious (I’d say) than those peptides you mentioned. There’s a huge thread in the pro muscle forum about reta. If you’re seriously interested in something like that, I’d start there.

My advice to you if you’re going this route on peptides, nothing beats Tesamorelin and Ipamorelin (other than exogenous GH of course).
I’ve tried them all. Good luck with your efforts!!!

Thank you! Is there a recommended thread I can look at how GH would be the better option to go instead of peptide? I have seen a few mentions of “why go that route when you can just get GH for similar price” so just looking to understand more

I mentioned I was able to lose 15 pounds, now more around 18 pounds. Cardio is up by about 5k more steps per day, nutrition is locked in, that stubborn fat just won’t give, like original post mentioned I was just wondering about the next steps when it is time to see which may help more.

Was curious, sounds like you just need to keep grinding. Reta and Hgh would help for sure if you wanted to go that route. Either way can’t beat proper diet and cardio. Keep up the good work 👍

Why don't you post your diet here? We have a lot of good guys here that will help you if what you need is to dial in the diet interested of increasing the calories out put.
Also what do you mean 10mgs? Is that 10mgs a day? A week, or one course of 10mgs?

This, what is your bf? Diet, step count?

Sure, I'll take back the locked in comment because I know its a very basic level of tracking, but its what's worked over the last 6 months, really noticed changes 3 weeks after being on 25 units of Sermorelin, Im now rounding out the last 10 or so days before taking a 4 week break. The vial read Compounded Sermorelin 10mg/5ml (2mg/ml). Injection M-F nightly before bed.

3 Meals All Cooked weights

Meal 1:
~250g Beef , ~50g Rice , ~100-105g potatoes
Meal 2: Lunch time at Work so biggest meal (admittedly hard to finish)
~260g beef, ~150-~180g Rice, ~200g Potatoes
Meal 3: Hour or So before training
~ 200g Beef, ~100-105g Potatoes

I chose my meals this way because I'm not able to eat in 6 meals like most but I also don't want to go into training feeling hungry.

I also drink a shake around ~81g of protein (3 scoops), ~34C, ~18F

Rest Days:
I try and split evenly between all 3 meals plus my shake in the morning prior to any meals

~200g Beef, ~80g Rice, ~120g Potatoes

Been using this for ~8 months now, paired with the Sermorelin, I've been able to go from 228 to around 212.6 (this morning on wakeup), sleep is up to around 8h30 according to this oura ring i have, daily steps were just around 10-10.5k but now I'm up to 15k-17k daily (walking pad all day at work)

@qbkilla asked bf and that's the only measurement missing, so i ordered some calipers just now to get some measurements going
