Newbie pics

Wow, I've been lurking for awhile and i can honesltly say this is the best bbuilding site out there.I've been working out for 3 years,all natural,just turned 20.. im thinking of doing my first cycle in a year or 2, but im afraid of sexual side effects and stuff ...These pics were taken 3 months ago.. im bulking to add some size at the moment,any advices will be appreciated.Here are some pics ,dont laugh....Looking foward to learn as much as i can here. Thanks ,bro. Im 5'8 (170 lbs) when i took those pics, no idea about bodyfat % . im weighting 192 at the moment.

you look pretty thick and lean in those pics.

One thing forgot though...bring those quads up. It's hard to tell since you did not post full body pics, but it looks like your quads are behind your upper body. Trust me, you dont want to start off with your quads behind, make sure you pound those SOB's and bring that sweep up.

Welcome to the board bro. You've already built a solid foundation. don't even think of cycles until you max out on what you can do while natural. Check out DC training methods (DoggCrapp). Just do a search and you'll find a lot of usefull advice. Best of luck.

HELLASWOLE. you're right, i had knee surgery (acls) during my senior year in High School (wrestling) which it was actually what started me seriously in weight training. Im doing a lot of heavy back and front squats ,leg presses to bring my legs up.

Luckyone, im gonna wait at least 3 years until i give supps a try, meanwhile im gonna gather a lot of info and learn as much as i can, eat big and clean and concentrate on compound movements.
