Hello guys,

i think there is not much interest however we will see how this goes down:cool: English is not my native, so you have to forgive me for my grammar errors at the moment and near future.
stats: 225lbs 5''9
bodyfat don't know i look in the mirror same as weight.
bench press: 330lbsx8 never do 1rep max only 3 rep tops and that's 405lbs
hacksquat:570lbsx6
deadlift: i really don't do to many muscles involved instead i do stiff legged and romanian:570lbsx10
I really draw inspiration from all of you guys so that is why i like to log my own progress here.
cycle is as follow(i know these are not monster doses but as of yet my bw is moving and still middleweight haha)
test c 200mg eod
deca 125mg eod
mast e 125mg eod
no ai as of yet no hgh but will use in the near future thinking m-w-f at 8iu
no slin cause bg is 62mg/dl which is kinda low
weight goal i dont know we will see.
 
bro let go of this masteron, he will give you nothing in terms of growth, you will just waste mg that you could use for something that will actually promote growth

test + deca (if you have a poor conversion to dht, add proviron) increase doses over time (increase only when you hit the wall) until you get to those where 1mg adex or 25mg aromasin per day is not enough to control e2 and when you reach this dose add 3 drug

if you want to use gh, 4iu a day is better than 8iu every other day

time for first update: training floes had a shoulder day:
Hamm strength press plate loaded 405lbsx 12 after take 1 plate of each side and rep it out 20 reps. rest period 2min
front raises 33lbsx15 x 15 x 14 superset with side laterals (incline bench) sameweight x 10 x 10 x 10
cable laterals handcuffed 33lbsx 15 x15 drop set 2x failure +partials
rope rear pull 5 sets of 88pounds.

diet 4500kcal high carb high protein low fat. bg at 64 fasted no slin needed all food seems to move in right places.
 
diet today:

8:00: cor 100gram with 15gram 85% chocolat 50gram whey isolate

10:30: 100gram rice 300 gram chicken breast with some ketchup

pre workout 13:00: oats 100gram with 20gram peanutbutter whey 50gram

post workout 16:00 cor 150grams whey 50grams

20:00 spaghetti 100gams with steak 200gram

22:00 quark 500grams

Training back:

4 working sets pull upsx 12
2 sets barbell rows 315lbsx 12
2 sets cable rows small 225lbsx15
2sets pullovers 50lbsx20
3sets shrugs 105lbsx20
2sets partial deadlift 405lbsx12

Training a little bit tired but weight is moving with proper form gaining weight so feedback from body is also good. thats the wrapupp guys
