I'm unsure of bf% here, but I'm 199lbs 5'9" in this. This past year have I been really focused on maintenance over making any type of LBM gains. My goal really is just to stay lean and below but near 200lbs. In the past I would maintain 220+/- and I just never felt right at that weight. I'm much more healthier and fit feeling around 200lbs. Right now I'm taking a break though all this month until Jan so I can enjoy the holiday food
Anyway figured I would share, thanks guys.
Your conditioning is great. It's good to see someone make a mature decision to scale back their mass a bit in order to feel better. I see so many guys that have a great physique around your size, then decide they'd rather gain 6%bf in order to hold another 15lbs of lbm. IMO, being fit and happy is better than being huge. (Although there's no excuse for being skinny. Gross.)

On some, great conditioning trumps actual size because it creates the illusion of size which seems to be the case for you. Your hard work is apparent. Good job!
I hit shoulders fairly hard each week. I usually start off with heavy smith presses maybe 4 plates x 3 sets to failure, and a strip set at the end. I usually will move to a shoulder plate loaded machine and use the stack with a spotter applying counter resistance the last 30-40% of the range when locking out.
From there I love doing seated lateral raises, if your feet are planted in front of you well you can go very heavy and use your lower back to shift your body weight back/fourth to assist the movement. I love doing drop sets on these also. On set 3 I may do 55s to failure, 45s to failure, and finish up with 35's.
I also always use drop sets on rear delts and usually pick 2 exercises.
wow almost exactly what I'm doing now... pleased to hear that. Ok just because I'm anally retentive do you prefer the smith presses with the seat completely vertical or a slight lean back?
Any chance of a wheel pic?

your skin looks paper thin
legs, even though small, look good
not that small.
Dave would you attribute your delt fullness to presses or lateral raises bud?
